24 Caret Games is a video game developer based in Sherman Oaks, California, formed in 2008 by former members of High Impact Games. [1] At the Eleventh Annual Independent Games Festival, 24 Caret Games was honoured with two nominations for their game Retro/Grade. The nominations were for Excellence in Audio and Excellence in Design.[2]

On June 20, 2009, Matt Gilgenbach from 24 Caret Games announced that Retro/Grade will be available in 2010 as a downloadable game for PlayStation 3.[3]
