Splatoon 2 is the sequel to the Wii U online shooter Splatoon, expanding on the game with new weapons and techniques. It will launch on the Nintendo Switch in Summer 2017. Like the original, the game will be supported with content updates after launch.
Gameplay
The game adds new weapon types like Splat Dualies, a pair of pistols, which also allows the player to perform a Dodge Roll. Weapons from the first one have been altered with new mechanics. New Special Weapons like an ink storm have been added. The game supports local multiplayer from multiple Switch consoles as well.
