Arcade racers are racing games that are not focused on realism and simulation, thus avoiding the "simulation racer" genre. They are also not focused on battling and item usage like Kart racers. Arcade racers can be thought of as a middle ground between the two.
The arcade racing game is usually easy to learn, a pick-up-and-play and experience.
