Battlefield 2142 is a fictional game that takes place around the year 2142.

As the world starts to enter a golden age, a sudden and unexpected ice age begins. As the ice spreads, the amount of habitable land decreases. Soon war between the worlds two super powers, the EU (European Union, including Europe and USA) and the PAC (Pan Asian Coalition, including russia and China) battle for the last remaining land.
