Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is a Nintendo DS game, a direct sequel to the last Castlevania game on the Game Boy Advance, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. It stars Soma Cruz from the last game, with a more accessible anime art style. Also called Castlevania DS, the game is an Action/2D Platformer similar to the Metroid series.
The DS touch screen is used to draw a seal at the end of boss fights to seal them away, as well as some minor functions such as scratching away at specific barriers blocking your path.
