Dune: The Battle for Arrakis (retitled Dune: The Building of A Dynasty in for the MS-DOS European release and Dune II: Battle for Arrakis for the Amiga and Mega Drive European releases) is a Dune video game developed by Westwood Studios and released by Virgin Interactive on January 1, 1992. It is based upon Frank Herbert's 1965 science-fiction novel Dune as well as David Lynch's 1984 film adaptation.
