Template:Confused Climax Group (also known as Climax Studios) is a British independent video game development company. It was founded by Karl Jeffery in 1988 and is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Former studio Climax Racing (formerly Climax Brighton) was acquired by Disney Interactive Studios[1] and rebranded Black Rock Studios. Climax is now a single studio, the Portsmouth-based Climax Studios.[2] The company is known to be developing two unannounced titles, which will be published by Konami. No word is known on what these titles could be, or if they are new or existing IP's.[3]
