Deadline Games A/S was a video game developer based in Copenhagen, Denmark,[1] and has been credited on the following games:

On May 10, 2007, Deadline Games announced that its next-generation games would use the Kapow Engine.

On January 22, 2008, Deadline Games officially announced its next game, a co-op shooter named Faith and a .45.

On May 29, 2009, Deadline Games filed for bankruptcy, only a few months after releasing Watchmen: The End Is Nigh[3]. The company has previously been reported to have been struggling to find new projects, and a publisher for Faith and a .45. [4]
