The game known as Deadly Arts is a 3D fighter that was met with unanimously bad reviews. Not a strong point for the Nintendo 64 exclusive library, obviously. Folks from Japan know this game as G.A.S.P. Fighters' NEXTream, which doesn't even make sense over there. The bad reviews are largely due to a poor fighting engine. Instead of ripping off a good one, the developers at Konami decided that it would be best to have an untested, unbalanced, slow, and frustrating one.
Using your Street Fighter like characters, you utilize combos and moves, to little effect. You can allegedly beat the game using basic A button or B button attacks. The environments and levels, however, are interactive, allowing for some fun in different stages. The game also gives players a plethora of options, including multiplayer and a customizable create-a-fighter mode.
