This is the last resort weapon that Duke has, using it will apply his boot to the face of whatever is in front of him at the moment, basically useless if you have any weapons available, but if you want to break a window or whatever it can save a bullet, you can also kick with both feet at the same time using the kick key and this, giving double damage and raising some questions about what duke is standing with.
