Controversy[ | ]

Eroge media are not normally sold at standard retail outlets due to the pornographic and sexual nature of the content. In 2009, one such game, Rapelay, was temporarily made available for purchase on the Amazon Marketplace to British shoppers, despite the plan being for the game's release to be limited to Japan only. Amazon pulled the video game from its store after complaints were received from other users of the site.[1]
