Mail Order Monsters is an action game for the Commodore 64.

In the game you could buy various adaptations for your monster. The blob was the ultimate character because it had the lowest base stats but you could put the most adaptations on the monster and make it the most powerful. You took your monster to various arenas and battled other monsters for more money. You also could encounter monsters while traveling between arenas and were able to gain experience and advance your monster.
