The Sega Nomad is a portable version of the Sega Genesis. It is a cartridge based system and uses the Sega Genesis cartridges. The unit can also be plugged into a television and has an optional second controller port for a second player. The unit itself came with a power cord and a pattery pack requiring 6 AA batteries and gives you a playing time of roughly 1 hour. An optional NiMH rechargable battery pack was also available for the unit.
The Sega Nomad was released in the UK market as the (name goes here) but lacked an actual screen on the unit.
