Hot Wheels Turbo Racing is a racing video game for the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation released in 1999. It features 41 vehicles based on the Hot Wheels series of toys. It also features Kyle Petty's 1999 NASCAR stock car, as it was sponsored by Hot Wheels. It also features music from artists like Primus, Metallica, The Reverend Horton Heat and Mix Master Mike and the developer of NASCAR 2000 bring you this, The game is based on the little toy cars from the Hot Wheels franchise. Even the 8 tracks borrow from real Hot Wheels stunt tracks.

The gameplay is similar to San Francisco Rush and other games in the rush series. It completely rejects any realistic driving simulation (They're toys, after all) and opt for a simpler, arcade experience. You can drive opposing cars off the road, flip enemies over, or spin in a corkscrew to hit them. If you're not interested in that, you could also fly off of ramps and do tricks in mid-air during a race. These tricks aren't just for show. By doing tricks, you gain Nitro Boosts. Nitro Boosts make your car go faster, which can be handy in winning the race, but are also good for getting more hangtime so you can pull off more tricks.
If you know more than one Hot Wheels fan, you can play the multi-player racing mode. However, even on the Nintendo 64, it can only support 2 players at a time. it is based on The Animated TV Series Hot Wheels Turbo Racers Which is a spin off of NASCAR Racers and have the same Characters from NASCAR Racers.
