llia, a character in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, is one of Link's friends in Ordon Village. She loves his horse Epona and got mad at him after she saw a scratch on Epona's leg.

Later in the game, she gets captured by monsters from the Twilight Realm along with Colin, a young boy who looks up to Link and hopes to be like him when he grows up. llia and Colin get knocked out before they get dragged into the Twilight Realm, and when Link comes over to save them, he gets hit by a club right on the head. He falls down and stays unconscious long enough for the two kids to be carried away.
When he wakes up, he finds them missing, then looks around until he sees a long Wall of Twilight. Link then gets grabbed by the neck and yanked in on the other side, gets tackled and starts to............glow?
From there he gains his wolf form and meets Midna, another creature from the Twilight Realm. She promises to help him as long as he does whatever she says.
