Super Mario All-Stars plus Super Mario World is exactly like the first Super Mario All-Stars except with a little twist. This game also has Super Mario World (The first Super Mario title to come out on the SNES) with it as well. This game came out in about 1994 after Super Mario World and the first Super Mario All-Stars. This game could only be gotten in a bundle with the SNES.

Games

This game has 5 Super Mario Games all in one.

Differences

This game is pretty much like the first Super Mario All-Stars but has Super Mario World in it. (maybe a few changes here and there) There are a few differences with Super Mario World, however. The one main difference is Luigi. In the newer version of Super Mario World, Luigi looks a little different than he did in the first Super Mario World. (Luigi looked like Mario with green clothes) In this new version, Luigi is taller and skinner than Mario and runs slightly different. Luigi also folds his arms for his victory pose. (instead of the traditional 2 fingered peace sign like he used in the earlier version and the victory pose his brother Mario uses) Luigi does not hold his fist in the air while jumping and he slides down hills on his knees. In this version, Luigi has a few differences that broke away from him and Mario being exactly identical. People, however, did not like the way Luigi was made or how he did things and was very criticized. Another of the differences was that there were 4 save files instead of 3, and that the Nintendo logo did not appear in the beginning.
