Yoot Tower (known in Japan as The Tower II) is a 1999 real-time strategy/simulation computer game developed by Openbook 9003 and published by Sega. The lead designer, Yoot Saito, who also worked on SimTower, produced this game as a sequel to SimTower, adding some new features while retaining the same general interface and style. New to this game is the ability to choose where the tower is built, and the game is preprogrammed with three different locations: Tokyo, Waikiki, and Kegon Falls. A fourth location, the Statue of Liberty, was supposed to be available online, but was never completed. It was released in Japan in February 1999 under the name "Towerkit CD-ROM: The Statue of Liberty" but is extremely obscure. Saito also indicated the Tower team was working on location 5, Tokyo Tower. It was never released.
