The Game Boy Light is kind of a backlit variation of the original Game Boy. It was only released in Japan and therefore near impossible to find today. Because the original Game Boy didn't have all that much color anyway, The Game Boy Light just made the screen different shades of the same really bright color. Sure, you could play the in the dark now, but now everything's aqua.
