The Ice Climbers are Nana (pink) and Popo (blue) come from the NES Multiplayer title Ice Climber. Over a decade after their game was released, Nintendo included them as starting characters in the Gamecube hit Super Smash Bros. Melee. Here, Nana & Popo are one character, and many of their moves require teamwork. However, they can be defeated seperately, causing the remaining ones attack to be weakened drastically, and some moves unusable.
