MSRP is an acronym for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail price, the price that is set by a manufacturer or distributor as their recommended price at retail. This can also be referred to as the list price. In the case of video game hardware, the MSRP (or a higher price) is the selling price at the vast majority of retailers. Software prices tend to vary much more widely, depending on the age of the software, stock levels, etc.
