Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet is a continuation of the video game Marvel Super Hero Squad and is set to release in November 2010. Like the first the game there are cartoonish Super-deformed versions of the Marvel Comics characters, as seen in the Marvel Super Hero Squad toy line, as well as the television show.


There are 3 modes of play in the game. The first is Story Mode (originally called: Adventure Mode), this mode allows for solo play with a limited selection of heroes available to the player. The second mode is Challenge Mode (originally called: Adventure Mode/Co-Op Play), this mode allows up to 4 players to play together with a choice of 30 different Marvel superheroes and supervillains. The third and mode of play is Freeplay Mode (originally called: Battle Mode), this mode allows the player to go back to any level and replay it as any playable character.

Smash, bash and destroy objects, enemies and everything else in your path as you complete multiple missions in three game modes.

  • New Environments!

Fight enemies in Super Hero City, Olympus and other Super Hero Squad environments from the animated cartoon series.

  • Collect Rare Marvel Items!

Grab your friends in co-op play and collect rare objects and unique items to unlock Challenge Mode levels and costumes.

  • Co-Op Play!

Form you own squad in Challenge Mode levels with up to 3 friends or choose from the 30 heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe.

  • Heroic Feats!

Complete key objectives in the game to unlock additional levels and costumes.


Doctor Doom and his Lethal Legion have set out to find the Infinity Gems which will activate the Infinity Gauntlet, giving them the power to take the over the world. Also targeting the Infinity Gems is the mighty Thanos. The Super Hero Squad must race against the Lethal Legion and Thanos in order to secure the Infinity Gems.
