change

to

<charinsert><nowiki>[[</nowiki>Category:+<nowiki>]]</nowiki></charinsert>

copy the rendered pre box, do not copy the page source, i had to double wrap it so get it to show right --Uberfuzzy 23:42, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
