Mr. Domino is the titular protagonist and one of the five selectable characters featured in the game No One Can Stop Mr. Domino!. He is one of the two characters that are selectable at the start of the game, along with Miss Domino.

He is an anthropomorphic domino that runs at normal speed. Once he finishes his run, he eventually jumps from the top of a building and turns into a normal domino once he hits the ground. A young woman can be seen walking while Mr. Domino is falling. She sees that Mr. Domino in his normal form on the ground, so she picks him up and walks away with him.

He is a domino with three dots on his bottom side and a face on the upper side. His head has a style that makes the top of it look like a hairstyle. He has a pair of short arms and short, wide legs.
