Puyo Puyo (ぷよぷよ, Puyo Puyo?) is an arcade game released in 1991. It was ported to various gaming systems, with the Super Nintendo version renamed Kirby's Avalanche and the Sega Genesis version renamed Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine for the American release, each featuring characters from their respective gaming franchises.
