Commodies

Agro Grow

Ever since this product was released on to the market its been a winner on almost every oxygen based planet.

Agro Grow when added to the soil improves product yields by up to 90%. You can grow wheat and maize in almost arid desert (water permitting).

It's often highly sought by planets with poor soil content, unfortunately it's only sold in a few places.

Uses: NPC Mission - Victors Hold/Jarrett (3rd Mission) 240 units needed

Alchoholic Beverages

Synthetic Beers and spirits have been around for the last few hundred years, but non synth alcoholic beverages are once again very popular. Ensure you purchase from a reputable dealer or commodity market as there have been a spate of fake beers and spirits floating around of late.

Uses:Food Mall sellable item

Alucite Ore

Alucite can be formed into a flexible and yet strong metallic compound. Often used in many of today's constructions, its a readily available commodity on most planets but can be extracted by smaller companies using Metal Extractors.

Uses: Factory consumable: Tinned Goods - 1 unit of Alucite ore is used per hour

Anvil Valacyte

Anvil Valacyte is one of the commodities in Shields-Up.

Valacyte may well revolutionise the way we make hardened metals in the future. At the moment the boffin’s are leaping over one another to get their hands on this new metal.

Anvil Valacyte as the name suggest has only been found so far in the Anvil system. At this time it is believed that this metal only resides in this Galaxy and its content Systems.

Animal Pelts

Whilst this trade may disgust some people others make a steady living from it. There are 100s of settled planets in the Galaxy with a wide range of exotic wild animals.

The trade block on Animal pelts (with a few exceptions) was raised this year by the Galactic Wildlife organization.

Uses: NPC Mission at Starbase-118 / Jaster System - 20 units needed


Biogenetic Goods

Biogenetic Goods are produced by the higher technologically rated research and medical facilities and are used extensively in the latest biological augmentation techniques and in the production of the very latest in biological computers and circuitry.

Handling instructions:

These components need to be transferred in stasis to ensure that they arrive in peak condition.

Warning: Biogenetics are considered to be illegal in some systems and trading in them can result in heavy fines.

Uses: Crafting of EBK's


Bio-Gen Trees

Ever since these were released onto the open market they have been a hit. These Bio-Gen trees will grow almost anywhere. They need very little water or sunlight to grow.

There are only a few markets in the Universe that sell these items but they are well sought after.

Biogenic ore

Never before has anything like this been seen. Biogenic Ore as it has been named has 101 possibilities. It’s an ore than is capable of bonding with organic material. The major Implant companies have already begun investigating real world applications for the new ore along with the medical and food processing industries.

Biogenic ore can be mined from ORSA locations found in the Forge Galaxy. At this time it is believed that this ore only resides in this Galaxy and its content Systems.

Breakfast Goods

Every one needs a good breakfast and this product range covers just about any type of breakfast product on the market.

With so many planets and varying cultural tastes its always a good idea to keep some of these products on hand, you never know when you may need them.

Uses: Food Mall sellable item

Byzilliam Ore

Byzilliam is possibly one of the most dangerous forms of catalyst known to mankind. It was discovered less than 90 years ago by complete mistake. A mining crew were clearing an asteroid field and hit upon this one chunk of ore.

The explosion took out most of the entire sector. Three Star bases and the planet Jazra were completely destroyed.

Byzilliam can only be used under strict supervision and the use of Byzilliam to make any kind of weapon has been outlawed by all three of the main factions in the sphere.

Due to its extremely volatile nature, moving Byzilliam ore without the proper precautions can be extremely hazardous. For this reason it is not sold on the open market.

Cereal

Almost all mass produced food products are farmed and manufactured by the large Conglomerates and Corporations. Its still possible for smaller companies to farm these resources using Flora Extractors.

All food products like this go towards feeding the billions of people across the Galaxy.

Uses: Factory consumable: Ready Meals - 2 units of Cereal is used per hour


NPC Missions

Throughout the universe, various people need you to help them. These people are the NPCs and are highlighted in yellow on the screen. They often require you to accomplish a task and in return, you are awarded XP, credits, and occasionally IP or an item.

Temperance 2:

Mission Type: Mining

Required items: Cargo expander

Mission Details: Collect 75 units of Ore, then return to Temerance on Darius in Ethan for your mission reward.

The Absorption shield system uses a Bio-Fuel Regeneration method and when charged shapes the shield to meet incoming fire power, reinforcing the weakest elements of the shield.

Once the shield has established a field, any energy fired at the shield is then absorbed into the in-line capacitors. Due to the technical spec of this shield unit, you will need to hold an Absorption Shield Skill level of 65 before this can be fitted to your vessel.
