Side: GDI, Nod
The construction yard is the center of a base and allows the construction all other base and defense structures.
Nod Power Plant
Nod's basic power plant, it is needed to provide power to the base.
GDI Power Plant
GDI's Power plant. It provides just as much power as a Nod power plant and has additional outlets for power turbines.
The power turbine provides 50% more power to the original amount of power provided by the power plant each and up to three can be upgraded on a power plant.
The Barracks is required to train GDI infantry and allows the construction of base defenses the war factory.
Hand of Nod
The Hand of Nod is where all infantry of Nod's faction are trained. This building is required for the construction of a Nod War Factory and base defenses.
Side: GDI, Nod
The Tiberium Refinery is where tiberium is stored and processed to provide the player with credits. One refinery can hold up to 2000 credits. A free harvester comes with the construction of a new refinery.
Side: GDI, Nod
Tiberium silos store excess tiberium after a refinery is full. It can store up to 2000 credits
The radar installation provides the minimap display. It also allows the construction of advanced structures such as the Tech Center, Helipads, EMP Cannon, and allows construction of Jump Jet Infantry and a Mobile Sensor Array.

Nod War Factory
Nod's vehicles are all constructed out of the war factory. It is a vital part of any Nod base.
GDI War Factory
Most of GDI's armor is made from the War Factory. The war factory is an important part of any GDI base.
Side: GDI, Nod
The EMP Cannon is a base defense that allows a player to fire an electromagnetic pulse shot every five minutes. The projectile renders all machinery in its radius completely useless and defenseless until the effect wears off.
GDI Tech Center
The GDI Tech center allows the construction of advanced units and structures such as the Ghost Stalker, Mammoth Mk.II, Disruptor, the Upgrade Center, and Firestorm Generator.
Nod Tech Center
The Nod tech center allows for construction of advanced technologies such as all of Nod's stealth and subterranean technology, as well as the Banshee and the Obelisk of Light.
The firestorm generator was a central componet to the firestorm barrier developed and employed by GDI during the TWII. The large building produced massive amounts energy that were then channeled into wall sections placed around GDI bases to protect critical infrastructures. The building itself was well armored as it would be a main target of Nod attacks, furthermore GDI would almost always place the generator within the wall sections themselves allowing the generator to be protected by its own field.
The main draw back was that the generator consumed large amounts of a bases power to keep ready, and that most of the generators had to cool down after being on for prolonged periods of time to prevent burning itself out.
The Missile Silo is Nod's missile site. It is needed to launch the cluster missiles and the chemical missiles that Nod can use.
Tiberium Waste facility
Similar to refinery but refines tiberium veins instead of tiberium crystals. It uses Weed Eaters to harvest tiberium veins. Once it has refined enough veins; it gives you access to a chemical missile.
Temple of Nod
The Temple of Nod is the site which the Hunter-Seeker Droid is released from. The building also allows the training of Cyborg Commando and the Mutant Hijacker.
Pyramid of Nod
The Pyramid of Nod is where Kane was secretly building his world dominating missile until it was secured by GDI in Firestorm.
The so-called Scrin Vessel or Scrin Ship was a massive aircraft built by Nod using alien technology.During the events of the First Tiberium War, the Brotherhood of Nod managed to recover several artifacts of obviously alien origin, the most important being the Tacitus and a crashed saucer of alien origin.
Blueprints and technology gleaned from the Tacitus allowed the Brotherhood to construct this warship in total secrecy. However, by the time it was finished, the war was slowly coming to an end and the vessel was abandoned. It laid abandoned in a classified location for many years, until Kane reappeared and ordered the Brotherhood to retrieve the craft. Unfortunately, Vega, a Nod general, disobeyed Kane's orders and attempted to use the battleship to settle an old score in South America. He couldn't control it, though, and the alien ship crashed in Sector 9 in North America.
Acting quickly, Slavik's forces were able to locate and secure the craft before GDI, later establishing their own research base to salvage the technology contained in the ship. However, after discovering the crash and launching a successful assault into the region, GDI forces managed to occupy the crash site from Nod forces. Noticing the loss of the site to GDI, Kane reluctantly ordered the craft to be destroyed, in order to prevent the enemy from digging deeper into his secrets.
Despite an Ion Storm preventing initial reinforcements, McNeil skillfully managed to protect the craft with only a handful of troops. After a fierce battle, the storm subsided, allowing GDI reinforcements to arrive by dropships. Kane's plan had failed, and the site was permanently secured for GDI.
