Tron: Evolution is a multi-system game that serves as the prequel to the Tron Legacy film. The game features the voices of Bruce Boxleitner and Olivia Wilde from the movie reprising their respective roles as Tron and Quorra while James Frain does the voice of Michael Sheen's character Zuse.
Gameplay[ | ]
In most versions of the game, the gameplay is similar to parkour-style platform games such as the Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time series, running and jumping across buildings and mountain ledges while using your identity disc to defeat viruses and sentry guards. In certain areas, you will use a lightcycle to race through various roadways and passages while avoiding obstacles and jumping over gaps. Also you will use a light tank to blast your way through enemy tanks and Recognizers.
Story[ | ]
The game takes place in 1989, prior to the beginning of Tron Legacy.
In the digital world known as the Grid, Radia has recently been installed as the world's ISO co-administrator when a virus-infected ISO named Abraxas attacks. You, as the security monitor program called Anon, must go after and defeat Abraxas while also dealing with the traitorous Clu's sentry guards.
