The TurboGrafx CD was released to expand on the PC-Engine's game library.
TurboDuo is a another version of the Turbografx-16 that combined the main system and Cd-rom in one unit. Retailed for 299.99. It had the Super system card built in.
The system was praised for its game libary but it suffered from limited Third party support due to Nintendos contract that prevented third partys from releasing Games for other systems which was later deemed illegal. TurboGrafix-16 Did not have the same large User base that the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Genesis had.
