Tomorrow (May 17) is quite a big day for gamers on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, as several big games are being released.
L.A. Noire, developed by Team Bondi and published by Rockstar Games, is coming to the PS3 and 360. It is set in "a perfectly re-created Los Angeles" of 1947, with players being given an open-ended challenge to solve a series of murder mysteries. Looks like the game might end up being just as successful as Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption last year.
Our L.A. Noire Wiki already has a plethora of information about the game, and an active community that will document every dark alley of 1947's Los Angeles once they get hold of the game.
While it looks like Rockstar does not intend to release L.A. Noire for the PC, computer gamers have an exclusive treat of their own - CD Projekt's The Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings, a sequel to the hit fantasy cRPG based on Andrzej Sapkowski's novels.
In the game, witcher Geralt of Rivia, a monster slayer for hire, will once again face the mysterious witcher-like assassins, who appear to be connected with a character known as the Kingslayer. Royal heads are about to roll!
Visit The Witcher Wiki for all you need to know about not only the game, but also about the whole Witcher universe, including games, books, comics and even an awful TV show (actually, let's just pretend it never existed).
Meanwhile, fans of the post-apocalyptic Fallout series will finally be able to play the long awaited Honest Hearts DLC for Fallout: New Vegas. In Honest Hearts, the Courier will visit the tribes of Zion Canyon and meet the infamous Burned Man, Caesar's former right hand, who was set on fire and thrown into the Grand Canyon by his former leader. Apparently he's not as dead as some would like him to be...
Which of these games are you waiting for the most? Or maybe there's a game we've missed?
