Sony has announced that it believes the hacker responsible for the PSN outage has obtained the following PSN personal information that you provided:

  • Name
  • Address (city, state, zip)
  • Country
  • Email Address
  • Birthdate
  • PlayStation Network/Qriocity password and login, and handle/PSN online ID

There is no evidence that credit card information was stolen, but they are not ruling it out. Patrick Seybold, Sr. Director of Corporate Communications, cautioned "If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained."

They are hoping to have "some services" up by the end of this week and the network back online some time next week.

If you have any questions you can call Sony at 1-800-345-7669.
