A recently publish Bitmot report can be quoted in saying "PlayStation 4 in 18 months." And where does this recently published Bitmot report quote source from? Apparently, a "a 'high-level meeting' at Sony."

After that, if it's legitimate, the report isn't entirely directly stating whether the Playstation 4 will be released or announced in the next 18 months.

Sony confirmed that they had begun working on the PS4 in 2006, not long before or after the PS3 was released. The report - however much it attempts to validate itself - is not entirely 100% definite, and Sony still strictly adhere their policy of not commenting on rumors.

Whether or not the Playstation 4 will be released or announced in 2013 is neither confirmed or denied yet, but one thi…

Fighting fire with fire (or more appropriately, DLC with DLC), Microsoft announced today that a timed Xbox 360 exclusive DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. This will be the case for both the first and second DLC's, and they will remain exclusive to the Xbox 360 for thirty days.

Why? Microsoft wants to try to contradict the amount of games and DLC released sooner on the PS3 (their competition) then on their console. For example: Assassins Creed: Brotherhood had exclusive content that was released on the PS3, while the Xbox 360 had early access to add-ons for games like Call of Duty: Black Ops. Some may recognize this tactic being used by Microsoft as it was used for Dead Money, the first Fallout: New Vegas DLC.

The DLC has been announced before th…

    Portal 2 DLC Not Delayed

    August 20, 2011 by BobNewbie

Some of us smiled, some of us went 'who cares?', and some of us even shed a tear or two. Why? The new Portal 2 DLC will in fact not be moving out its planned Summer-release slot, but will only be released as late in that slot as possible. Doug Lombardi confirmed that the game is set to release in Mid-September.

Currently the DLC is dubbed 'Portal 2 DLC #1' by Valve. New test chambers, a new challenge mode for single and multiplayer modes, and leaderboards have been confirmed already, and we're still eagerly waiting for the announce of what 'and more' entitles.

The best part? You'll be able to get all this for free. Sound worth the price?

Can THQ's Saints Row:The Third honestly look any better? Apparently, the answer is yes - source? The fresh Freefall trailer.

The trailer shows around 8 minutes of the second mission, Freefall, filled to the brim with the pure charm and action you either love or hate from the Saints Row series.

The game is set to be released worldwide on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in November, and is right on the way to possibly be one of the most memorable games of 2011. The third game in the series is also set to double the pre-orders of the second, despite being months away from release.

Whatever your opinion may be of the game, Bethesda's shooter Brink now boasts it's very first DLC pack.

Agents of Change includes two new maps (Labs and Founders' Tower), two new outfits, two new weapon attachments (Bayonet and Weapon Shield), and five new abilities (Tactical Scanner for Universal, Napalm Grenades for Soldier, Field Regen Unit for Medic, Pyro Mine for Engineer, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for Operative). The game is free for the first two weeks of it's release (it was released on the 5th of August) -- and after that a charge of $10 will be employed.

While the DLC may not be worth $10, it's almost surely worth download for free for anyone who enjoyed Brink, or just want some more good old gunfights while jumping around acrobat…
