A recently publish Bitmot report can be quoted in saying "PlayStation 4 in 18 months." And where does this recently published Bitmot report quote source from? Apparently, a "a 'high-level meeting' at Sony."
After that, if it's legitimate, the report isn't entirely directly stating whether the Playstation 4 will be released or announced in the next 18 months.
