PC players are still waiting for a PC version of Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption, which seemingly would never arrive. Thus, when the 1940s set detective game was soled exclusively for the XBOX and PS3, their hopes quickly faded.

That is, until a few days ago when Rockstar announced a PC version of the game that will hit the shelves this Fall.

Developed by Rockstar Leeds and built to run on a wide range of PCs, L.A. Noire's robust feature customization includes keyboard remapping and gamepad functionality to both optimize and customize performance and user experience. Along with increased fidelity and improved graphical enhancements, the PC version will also feature 3D support for an even greater sense of interaction and immersion within a painstakingly detailed 1940s Los Angeles. - Official Rockstar announcement.

For now, not much else is know, but this has certainly caused viral excitement for PC gamers everywhere!
