Just like everyone else who has played Team Fortress 2 throughout the years, I'm impressed by how much free content Valve continues to pump into the game on a semi-regular basis. But it looks like we ain't seen nothing yet as Valve has announced its "biggest, most ambitious update in the history of Team Fortress 2."

The first bit of news concerning the update is we'll finally be receiving a new "Meet the" video, this time highlighting the Medic class. Seeing as how popular the previous "Meet the" videos were, I can guarantee the video will be a success when it's released later this week.

Aside from the upcoming Meet the Medic video, Valve has announced the first class pack called "Mobster Mondays" which the company conducted its research through numerous visits to Olive Garden. The Mobster Monday class pack will give the Heavy a new minigun, shotgun, and brass knuckles and the Spy will receive a new revolver, knife, and the ability to drop a flower on the bodies of deceased enemies. A new payload map called Barnblitz will also be made available.

To celebrate the upcoming update, Valve has made Team Fortress 2 completely free to play for the entire week starting right now. If, for some strange reason, you STILL don't own Team Fortress 2, this will be the perfect opportunity for you to jump into the game to see what all the fuss is about.
