Research
Each turn it is possible to research only 1 thing. But at the beginning of the next playthrough you can unlock as many things as you want (from those that you unlocked previously) if you have enough money. That way you won't need to spend turns on research. Total research costs about 12780man - at first you research 15 cheapest options, then get "Research expenses reduction", so that you can research the rest cheaper.
